This is supportive living level 4. When the home care/ private supportive living supports are exhausted and private care can not be afforded or available.
This level of care includes unscheduled care. Such as needed medication assistance and random daily living personal care throughout the day and night. Some of these services may also include daily am and pm care, medication assistance, shower help and toileting to name a few.
SL4D
This is care that is for secured living. Most often it is for the dementia clients who wander. The wondering may include going out into the community and not being able to make their way back on their own. It may also mean that they wonder into other folks suites or find themselves lost on another floor from where they live and cannot find their way back. the above noted aides to daily living would be included in this level as well.
These folks can still fuction quite well with assistance and or cueing.
Laboratory Assistance
This is where we can assist you to obtain and deliver generally requested specimens.
Covid rapid tests may be part of this as well.
